Weed Chocolate Croissant Recipe
-800 gr French frozen dough
-1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons milk
For the filling I recommend using a bunch of mild flavors(caramel and almonds) besides chocolate in order to compensate the somehow heavy taste of some types of weed.
-8 grams of finely ground weed buds
-120 gr crushed caramels
-70 gr almonds flakes, lightly roasted
-120 gr white chocolate
-120 gr M & M's
-100 gr hazelnuts chocolate, slightly melted
Heat oven to 200 ⁰ C. Add a layer of baking sheet on the bottom of the baking tray.
In a blender, mix all ingredients for filling until you obtain a homogenous composition.
Then, you will have to stretch the dough and cut it into small triangles.
Put 1-2 teaspoons of filling on the bigger side of each triangle and roll towards the opposite tip.
Put the croissants in the tray, brush with egg, then sprinkle with candied sugar on top. Put it in the oven for 25-35 minutes until the croissants grow and brown.
P.S. Don't rush in eating the whole tray! Ingesting cannabis will give you a different type of high than smoking it. The high is not instantaneous, you'll need at least half an hour before feeling the effects. Also, the effects will last considerably longer (in some cases up to 6-8 hours).
