Easy to make, ensures a great high for 6-8 people, while giving you the perfect equilibrium between the Hash's strong flavor and the cherries natural tart and sweet taste.
1 pound(1/2kg) of cherries
50 grams flour
a pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
300 ml of fresh milk
50 gr. butter
3 tablespoons of rum
5 grams of the finest (ground)hashish you can get your hands on.
Preheat you oven to aprox. 380ºF (200ºC). Wash and clean the cherries, remove the pits and let them aside to drain. When drained, grease the baking tray with a bit of oil and place the cherries in the tray.
Put the flower in a big bowl, then add 2 spoons of sugar and the beaten eggs on top. Warm up the milk and poor on top of the flower and eggs, mixing until homogeneous.
Melt the butter in a saucepan at low heat, add the ground hashish, mix and pour over the cake. On top add the rum and mix just a bit more until the mixture is absorbed.
Now carefully poor the composition in the tray on top of the cherries and put the tray in the oven for about half hour. When done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
