Weed Bread - How to make weed bread with weed butter
It's easy to make and you're not going to need any special gear, just a symple cooker stove.
You gonna need:
- 15 ounces(400g) flour
- 250 ml water
- 1/2 cup of melted cannabutter(weed butter)
- 1 teaspoon dried yeast
- 2 teaspoons honey (sugar)
- 1 teaspoon salt
Put the flour in a big bowl, add the yeast in the center of the flour and mix them together. Make a small hole right in the middle of the composition and in it add the warm water, the melted cannabutter, salt and honey. Mix for about 10 minutes, until all the ingredients blend and the dough turns elastic. Now cover the bowl with food wrap and leave the dough aside to grow for about 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, put the dough on the table upside down and turn it the desired shape, put it in the oven tray (greased with olive oil), cover with a towel and leave for another 20 minutes to grow and settle.
Preheat the oven to 420ºF (220ºC) and right before puting it in the oven, moisten the bread's surface with just a bit of water (just to make it glossy), powder it with plenty of flour on top and slash it carefully (not too deep) using a sharp knife.
Put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the crust turns brown.
When done, remove the bread to a rack and cover it with a towel if you want a softer crust.
